Personal data are processed to the extent that the relevant data subject has provided them to the controller (CEP), in connection with the conclusion of a contractual or other legal relationship with CEP, or which CEP has collected otherwise and processes them in accordance with applicable, generally binding legal regulations of Czech Republic, or to fulfill CEP’s legal obligations.
Personal data from CEP website
We process personal data from CEP websites only if you give us your consent (using CEP contact e-mail), primarily for the purpose of processing your requests (eg establishing a business relationship, processing your inquiry, requesting or processing an offer).
Data processing and cookies
When visiting our website, we collect and process for statistical purposes the name of your internet service provider and the websites you visit.
External websites
CEP websites can be linked to third-party websites. CEP is not responsible for the technical security of these sites or for their content.
Exporting data and processing it to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
CEP does not export or any processing of personal data outside the EEA.
CEP Privacy Policy and Guidelines
Personal data processing processes and their purposes are governed by documentation for the protection and security of personal data processed in CEP. Personal data are categorized for individual processing purposes, including the assignment of processing eligibility, and are subject to constant physical, electronic and procedural control. Through security measures, CEP provides ICT protection and security for processed personal data (secure communication and transmission, integrity, confidentiality, availability, backup and recovery, transparency) in order to ensure maximum protection of the data processed.

Only authorized persons have access to the processed personal data according to the controlled documentation.
