The optimation of the conditions for providing our customers a quality service support is our long-term goal. Today we would like to announce further significant step – the launch of the CALL CENTRE, which is at your disposal 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. The launch of our CALL CENTRE should essentially improve our services in the following areas:
  • Availability
    - Our operator is at your disposal 24 hours per day and 7 days per week
  • Information about the process of problem solution
    - You will be informed about the status of the reported problem, including all performed activities by e-mail
    - You will have direct contact the operator and to the person responsible for the solution of the reported problem
  • Quality
    - Automatic monitoring of the solution process gives us the opportunity to provide you the high-level service support
Your maintenance agreement explicitly determines the availability frame and the range of our service support for the given solution/product. In case you find out any trouble in a solution or product supported by our company, do not hesitate to report it to any of the CALL CENTRE operators (using Czech or English language) using one of the following methods:
