§soft - Facility Management
§soft ist eine Software, die für einen effizienten Umgang mit Gebäudedaten erstellt wurde. Dies ist einerseits die Erfassung von Gebäudeinformationen vor Ort auf einem Notebook mit §soft Mobil, andererseits die kostengünstige Pflege und Aktualisierung der Daten in einer zentralen Datenbank mit §soft Verwaltung. Es gibt eine Benutzerverwaltung, so dass unterschiedliche Nutzer mit unterschiedlichen Rechten ausgestattet werden können. Mit §soft Verwaltung erhält der Nutzer ein Instrument, um über bauunterhalterische Daten und die Bauelemente und Ausstattungen des Gebäudes alle relevanten Daten schnell und transparent verfügbar zu haben. Fotos, Pläne und sonstige Dokumente sind direkt zugeordnet und sofort aufrufbar. §soft Verwaltung kann über Schnittstellen mit den gängigen FM- Anwendungen zusammenarbeiten. Ein Vorteil ist hier, dass §soft nur die wesentlichen Informationen, die in einem FM- Programm benötigt werden, überträgt. Die Bearbeitung und der Daten für die Bauunterhaltung, Kostenplanung von Baumassnahmen und Aktualisierung und Pflege der Gebäudeschäden oder der Raumbücher erfolgt weiterhin in §soft.

Global solution for interbank payments
It concerns an integrated payment transaction system (PTS) which is prepared for the implementation of the single European currency and the making of all types of payment transactions for domestic, foreign and “trans-border” payment transactions. PTS implementation in a bank leads to the automation of payment transactions, including liquidity management, automatic adjustment of fees and tracking of payments. PTS operates on the MS Windows NT/2000 platform and the DB/2 database server. The system is equipped with an interface for connection to S.W.I.F.T. and all important European clearing systems, including ÈNB clearing.
